"Exceptional"
Staff. Also the pool table and bar area in the lobby. Too bad the weather was too cold, I really wanted to get in the pool becuz staff told me it is heated. Fun place to stay, stylish and entertaining. Turn my cancel flight into a fun night stay.

This reservation is great, I paid the amount and no more extra unlike the others out there where the quoted amount is not everything. The bar service is great and is special. Never had such fun and I drank myself to stuffor. LOL! Thumbs up!

I didnt like it at all shower broke on us. The air conditioning didnt work. Their solution was to give us food cards and to give us a fan instead of helping us on the last day we were there they offered us a room at 7 oclock at night when the kids were getting ready for bed ridiculous poor customer service And they continue to give me the runaround when I asked to talk to a manager

This is a very nice airport hotel with frequent shuttles and ample parking. We booked a room with two queen beds, and the room was very spacious with comfortable beds. There was complimentary water bottles in the room and even though the hotel is next to a road, we didn't hear any noise. The staff is very helpful and shuttles depart every 20-30 minutes to LAX. They will wait for you if you ask them to, the drivers were very nice as well. The hotel has a big parking lot that you can enter/exit as you please. There is also a very nice, big pool area with plenty of loungers. Overall, it was a very good choice and we were very comfortable on our last night in LA.

We have nothing but great things to say about Aloft at LA Airport and would highly recommend for a family. The staff were helpful at all times and couldnt do more for us. Breakfast was perfect for us as a family.

Regular shuttle service to LAX. Free provision of a cott, ready and waiting in the room. Room was a nice size and tastefully decorated. Only a 6hr stay so not a lot of time to check out all of the facilities.
